Eligibility: Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Non-returnable items: Sale items and worn hijabs (for hygiene reasons).
Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
